Leahy Perfect Attendance studentsStudents in grades 3, 4, and 5 received awards for perfect Leahy Saturday School attendance. During each intensive session, students worked to refine their writing skills. They read engaging books and articles, and they tackled literary analyses, research simulation tasks, and narrative writing prompts. At the conclusion of each session, students participated in exciting activities such as an Easter egg hunt, raffles, and more!

Leahy students practicing rubber pencil magicStudents at the Leahy School were busy learning the science behind magic in one class this February Acceleration Academy. Do you see the left pencil? They also explored new books and expressed themselves in chorus during this intensive week of learning. Photos here.

Leahy donation from Black DiamondFM Leahy School would like to extend a special thank you to Black Diamond Networks. The company fully funded a grade-1 field trip to see the production of Charlotte's Web at Wheelock College Family Theatre. Also, we would like to thank Mrs. Carpenito, one of our grade-1 teachers, and her son for all of their hard work to made the field trip come to fruition.

Leahy School teachers celebrating 100 daysKindergarten teachers at FM Leahy school turned 100 on the 100th day of school this week. At first, many students didn't recognize their teachers. But when they got closer, they had a laugh! Students engaged in celebratory activities to celebrate 100 days of learning.
