Pole vault at Outdoor Track v Lowell

Outdoor track and field has been having a great season with their Lawrence High School athletes. Lawrence Lancers are vaulting high this year and sending 4 vaulters to states - they are Kenisha DelaRosa, Janelys Torres, Stevenson Theosmy and Christopher Bueno. Lissette Robles has moved on to states for the Long Jump as well. Other state qualifiers are Steven Morillo, Lenny Then, Randy Reyes, Austin Simet, Josely Caceres and Brandey Rodriguez. RosaLinda Rosario broke the school record in the 100m Hurdles and came in first at the MVC CHAMPIONSHIP MEET. Brian Perez also came in first in the triple jump at the MVC Championship. Girls Tennis vs CentralGirls Tennis team members have learned and improved all this year. Our First Doubles Team of Seniors, Juliemar Soto and Yuleinny Salcedo, have 2 wins this season. Our Second Doubles Team, Simonai Santiago and Daniela Acosta, picked up their first win just this week. Keep up the great work Lancers! See them in action against Central this season.

Boys Tennis 2017Lancer Varsity Boys Tennis show their drive when they hustle in practice and in the matches and strive to improve their standing in the league. Three of the starting Varsity players are only Sophomores as they build the team for the future.

Boys Volleyball vs AndoverA young Boys Volleyball team is making progress in a rebuilding year. Their record currently is 3-6 with two back to back 3-0 wins against both Methuen and North Andover. They haven't lost a set since April 23. Senior Jeremias Soto had 49 assists in the game against North Andover. Go Lancers!

Acosta pitches a no hitterLancer Baseball brought home a big win last night over Tewksbury. Pitcher Abel Acosta kept the batters in check and delivered a no hitter. Leo Romero helped bring the final score to 6-0 with his two run homer. More game action photos here.
