PK-K REGISTRATION OPENS

May 1st for School Year 2024-25

STEP 1 - Prepare Required Documentation

Required documentation for student registration

• Lead Test Results (PK/Kinder) and Stereopsis (For Kinder ONLY)
• Child’s original birth certificate
• Proof of Residency
• Child’s Health Record - Including Immunizations
• Legal custody papers - if applicable
• IEP or IAP - if applicable

STEP 2 - Fill out the Online Preregistration form

STEP 3 - Schedule an Appointment with an Enrollment Liaison

Students must be 4 or 5 years old on or before September 1st to qualify

Pre-Kindergarten
